My Name is Trina Sawicki 

I started out wanting to help others and provide body care and education to assist others in their desire to alleviate pain and have a more functional body. As the body systems are naturally connected to each other, and one system can  help or hurt the other, I prefer a whole systems approach to healing.

I have practiced as massage therapist for 31 years and skin care provider for 15 years. 

I am dedicated to quality service.

I provide my clients with an integrated approach to their bodywork sessions, whereas I integrate one or more therapies into a seamless experience in which the body can absorb the treatment as a whole.
